Electrophoretic processing

The chemical tank solution is filtered using a fully automatic filter paper filter. The filtered chemical residue is in the form of blocks and directly transported out from the filter paper without the need for cleaning. The heating of the formation tank solution is achieved through a plate heat exchanger, which is placed outside the tank. Cleaning only requires turning off the tank solution circulation and turning on the cleaning cycle, making it convenient and fast. The dosing method adopts automatic detection and automatic dosing. The control system is a fully automated operating system with a high degree of automation. The operating parameters and device switch status are clear at a glance. The management scheduling system adopts computerized scheduling monitoring, which real-time adjusts according to the actual production changes on site.
